About Jacinda Smith

With over 20 years experience talking to airline customers, Jacinda knows all too well that it's not just what you say, it's how you say it. After leaving the airline industry, Jacinda earned a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida. Jacinda's experience includes working with the Main Street organizations in both Winter Haven and Haines City to promote the non-profit group's efforts in revitalizing the historic downtown districts, as well as promoting the classical music group Nova Era.

Things are always moving and shaking at ePolk, and Jacinda is here to keep the public informed on all of the latest news. She also helps individual ePolk clients to ensure that their Web site's message is written for maximum impact and exposure to search engines.

A native of San Jose, CA, Smith has lived in Winter Haven for 22 years. Her hobbies include gourmet cooking and wine pairing. Jacinda loves learning about diverse cultures and has traveled extensively, visiting six continents in the process. Strong supporters of the Humane Society, she and her husband Craig live in a house that is owned by many cats.
