About Ariel Villanea

Ariel’s success comes from putting the customer first. He develops each product by keeping the user in mind, customizing their system to be easy, attractive and accessible. He gets to know each customer’s requirements like a counselor before making product recommendations. He is always happy to explain things a different way to help his customers get the information they need. Ariel is bilingual and he ensures that our Spanish speaking customers get the same seamless customer service that ePolk is known for.

Ariel’s passion for technology began early. He embarked on his future career at ePolk while studying AutoCAD at Frostproof High School. After a senior internship program, he joined the ePolk team immediately upon graduation and has been going full speed ahead ever since. He specializes in web and desktop development for ePolk customers.

Ariel’s dedication to helping people doesn’t end when he leaves the office. He founded an organization to help at-risk youths in the community. His program, called Villanite Enterprises, provides a safe recreation place for those who might otherwise be on the streets. He serves as a role model, facilitating activities which keep teens and young adults focused on a healthy future.

Ariel is also a natural storyteller with a passion for creative writing. Whether working with customers, counseling troubled teens or writing a story, Ariel takes the most satisfaction from a job well done.
